It has extremely spacious rooms with a handicapped bathroom and King bed, for instance. There is a microwave, coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator. The staff are very amiable and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge...

Nothing that i didn't like.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The facility is showing its age, but the staff was good. The room had clean sheets and a comfy bed which I appreciated. Having hot water was a definite plus! Future guests should check the front desk for additional amenities.

Beds were comfortable.

Too many things didn't work, or wee missing (shower curtain). Also, no internet in the rooms. The coffee at breakfast was like muddy water.

Location. We were visiting our daughter who just had a new baby. There are not many choices, and we did not want to stay in Elko. The staff was helpful.

Booked.net screwed up our booking. They hotel knew about us, but had missed that we were going to stay two nights. Booked.net didn't allow us to say we had a AAA card. They put us in a room with a handicapped bathroom where there is no tub. The toilet is just on a tile floor. The floor is not sloped to the drain and water went everywhere - despite the fact that there was a curtain. I didn't ask for a handicapped room, and this was very inconvenient. The room was dirty. They don't do little maintenance things to upkeep the place. Like there is a leak under the sink that is ruining the carpet, the counter top had stains on it, etc.

Had a nice, clean room with a cute little fridge, which was great for our snacks. The hotel was quiet, but the freeway noise got annoying at times. I’d probably consider staying here again.

The shower head was rusty and hard to use. The toilet wasn't cleaned well, and there were no pillowcases. The breakfast was just dry cereal and milk. The check-in person seemed unfriendly. The bed felt okay, and the heating worked. We had to settle for this place since others were fully booked.
